Had a fantastic stay at the apartment with my group while working in the lakes. the apartment had great amenities, including a washing machine and dryer which was perfect for cleaning our clothes after a long day of walking. the location was excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby, and we even had our own parking spot with an electric vehicle charging point for our hybrid car. the welcome pack was a lovely touch, and the communication with the hosts was top-notch. Also a washing machine and dryer were great to get clothes cleaned after a day in the hills. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back.

The layout of the lounge and TV area was not ideal. Shower had poor water pressure and took a long time to heat up.

The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Lake District, with attractions like Ambleside, Bowness, and the Brockhole Visitor Centre just a short drive away. In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have an earlier check-in time. It would have been easier for families like us to freshen up and unload our luggage, giving us more time to explore the local area on our first day.

Finally found the perfect place to hike and ride horses. The apartment had a seating area and free WiFi. Private parking saved me from hobnobbing with the commoners. Towels were an unexpected bonus.

Oh, how I missed a separate seating area to watch TV while sipping my tea. But hey, only stayed two nights, so who cares?
